I am experiencing an odd error in Sharepoint 2003 with document
libraries. The issue is that the right border does not show all the
time. It looks like the variable that determine if the left border of
the webpart is the "(More Items...)" Link is at the bottom.

Has anyone heard of this? I'm just stuck and ready to bead my head
against a urinal! ;-) Any direction/advice/help would be appreciated!
