Fields missing from Item Lookup when emailing from Designer workfl


I'm trying to create a workflow using SharePoint Designer 2007 and SharePoint
Portal Server 2007.  The one step in this workflow is to send an email to the
person who has been assigned a work order.  This person is identified by a
column in my list.  When I attempt to create the email action, the column
that I need for the Mail To value is not in the list for the Workflow
Lookup->Source:Current Item.

Additional information: My list is made up of multiple content types (for
the different types of work orders).  I have 76 total columns across the
content types.  All 76 columns show up if I try to add a look up to the body
of my email.  Only 17 show up when I try to specify the Mail To.
