I have an issue concerning dragging and droppingin explorer view as
well as UNC path and mapped network drives. between doc libraries in
different sites within the same portal. I am able to drag and drop
between my local computer and a doc library and also to doc libraries
within the SAME site. However if I try to drag and drop a file from a
site doc library to a different site i get the following error:

Cannot move 'filename': Cannot read from the source file or disk.

I can copy and paste fine in the explorer view but I want to be able
to maintain the version history of a document, not create a brand new
copy of it.
