Actually we have MS-Sharepoint 2005 and we would like to move the existing
sharepoint database to the cluster environment ( SQL 2005)  So do you have
any idea, kindly drop your comments,

What version of sharepoint are you using?

If it is wss 2.0/SPS 2003 than check here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894164

The same approach applies to cluster in SQL 2005.

If it is to wss 3.0/MOSS 2007 than an upgrade would do it for you!
